Santia, this page is our formal invitation for you to come on board as a consultant and Founding Ambassador for NIL Agent. Everything below is the proposed structure — nothing is locked, and we're happy to shape it around what works best for you and your business.
- Every signup routed through your promo code SANTIA or your direct link is attributed to you automatically.
- You earn 70% of net revenue on subscriptions, toolkit sales, and any brand deals closed through your consult.
- Attribution is lifetime for each referred account — as long as they're active, you get paid.
- Payouts issued monthly (Net-30) via ACH or Stripe once your balance clears the $100 minimum.
- Formal Consulting & Referral Agreement issued before launch, signed via DocuSign.
- Independent contractor relationship — you keep full ownership of your name, likeness, curriculum, and audience.
- Mutual NDA covering platform IP, family data, and unreleased product roadmap.
- 30-day termination for convenience by either party. Earned commissions continue to vest on active accounts.
- 1099-NEC issued annually. You handle your own taxes as a contractor.
